
Alice Dong is the Health Law Policy Staff Attorney with the Asian American Justice Center. Her work focuses on overcoming the language and cultural barriers to effective health care that Asian Americans face.
During law school, Ms. Dong worked on the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act as a member of the Georgetown University Federal Legislation Clinic. Her work was distributed to disability rights organizations throughout the District of Columbia. Ms. Dong also focused on women’s reproductive rights with published work on Plan B in The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Within the Asian American legal community, Ms. Dong served as Secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and volunteered with the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center.
Ms. Dong’s previous work experience includes law clerkships with Clifford Chance and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
