
As Senior Vice President – Select Accounts and Indirect Channels, Anne Chow leads national sales and support organization responsible for delivering the full range of communications solutions across wireless and wired services to “Mid Sized” business customers throughout the United States. Anne has direct sales channel responsibility in this market and indirect sales channel responsibility across all of AT&T’s enterprise markets. Her ownership of the Indirect Channels includes AT&T’s Alliance Program consisting of hundreds of agents who sell AT&T services to business customers throughout the U.S. These partners are an integral part of AT&T’s customer sales and support strategy, complimenting AT&T’s capabilities with specialized skills and coverage.
Throughout her 20+ years in the telecommunications industry, Anne has held leadership positions in hardware and systems engineering, sales, customer care, international operations, and product management, as well as strategic planning. Her responsibilities have ranged from managing advanced product portfolios - such as Voice over IP and Contact Center Solutions - to driving quality and process management initiatives for AT&T’s premier international satellite services worldwide. Prior to her current assignment, Anne led AT&T’s Business Segment Marketing organization dedicated to supporting business customers ranging from small business to the most sophisticated global multinational corporations around the world. In this role, Anne had full responsibility for portfolio management, market positioning and messaging, sales support, customer communications, and channel strategy. In addition, she also had overall responsibility for leading the AT&T/SBC Sales and Marketing merger integration planning effort.
Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell University as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. She was a Bellcore Engineering Scholar and also was awarded the Lester B. Knight Scholarship for Excellence in Engineering and Business from The Johnson School. Anne is a graduate from the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music in New York City.
Anne has been an active and influential member of the CMO community and a driving participant on the CMO CouncilTM Advisory Board. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Hunterdon Healthcare System and the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation. Anne is a member of the founding National Board of Directors for the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF). She is also the Chairperson of the National Advisory Council for the Asian American Justice Center (AAJC). In 2007, Anne was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and was also chosen to join the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders.
Anne lives in Neshanic Station, New Jersey, with her husband, Robert Moore, and their two daughters.
