
As Senior Vice President of the Premier Client Group, Anne Chow leads a national sales and support organization responsible for delivering a full range of communications solutions, spanning wireless and wired services, to enterprise customers throughout the United States. Representing one of AT&T’s largest retail business markets, the Premier Client Group provides this diverse client set with complete account management that encompasses the entire portfolio of AT&T products and services. These customers hail from virtually every industry ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market businesses. The team also provides critical relationship support in the United States for many globally based firms.
Throughout her 20+ years in the telecommunications industry, Anne has held leadership positions in hardware and systems engineering, sales, customer care, international operations, and product management, as well as strategic planning. Her responsibilities have ranged from managing advanced product portfolios - such as Voice over IP and Contact Center Solutions - to driving quality and process management initiatives for AT&T’s premier international satellite services worldwide. In 2005, she played a key role in the AT&T/SBC merger with overall responsibility for the Sales and Marketing integration planning effort.
Since the merger, Anne has led AT&T’s Business Segment Marketing organization dedicated to supporting retail and wholesale business customers ranging from small businesses to the most sophisticated global multinational corporations around the world. In this role, Anne had responsibility for portfolio management, market positioning, sales support, customer communications, and channel strategy. Prior to her current assignment, she was responsible for AT&T’s Select Accounts and Indirect Channels organization, where she had direct sales channel responsibility for mid-markets nationwide and indirect sales channel responsibility across all of AT&T’s enterprise markets.
Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. She was a Bellcore Engineering Scholar and also was awarded the Lester B. Knight Scholarship for Excellence in Engineering and Business from The Johnson School. Anne is a graduate from the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music in New York City.
Previously, Anne served on the CMO CouncilTM Advisory Board and on the Board of Trustees for the Hunterdon Healthcare System and the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation. She is an active member of the community, currently serving as a founding member and Board Treasurer of the National Board of Directors for the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF). Anne is also the Chairperson of the National Advisory Council for the Asian American Justice Center (AAJC). In 2007, she was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and was also chosen to join the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders.
Anne lives in Neshanic Station, New Jersey, with her husband and their two daughters.
