Erin Oshiro is the Senior Staff Attorney for the Immigration and Immigrant Rights Program at the Asian American Justice Center

Before joining AAJC, Ms. Oshiro volunteered with the Resilience Advocacy Project in New York. Prior to that, Ms. Oshiro spent four years in private practice with the New York-based law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel where she focused on securities law. After graduating law school, Ms. Oshiro was an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the Welfare Law Center in New York.  Previously she did clerkships with the Southern Center for Human Rights and the ACLU. She was a fellow with the Los Angeles County Superior Court and office manager for the Asian Pacific Policy & Planning Center in Los Angeles.

Ms. Oshiro holds a juris doctorate and bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
