
Robert S. Sheen is a licensed attorney in the state of California with Bachelor of Science in business administration, accounting, and international finance. He is a member of the California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and The Breakfast Club. He is the president of the Korean American Bar Association, chairs the finance committee for the Korean American Democratic Committee, a trustee of the Pacific Asia Museum, a national advisory board member of the Asian American Justice Center, and a board member of Rock the Vote. Further, in 2003, Robert was chosen as one of "The Men of L.A." by The Women's Foundation.
Robert, with extensive background in tax and finance, started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. Robert specialized in corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and multi-state tax product development and implementation. Later, Robert was asked to join BDO Seidman, LLP to lead its State and Local Tax practice. Before joining First Capitol Consulting, Inc., Robert successfully implemented several major high profile corporate reorganizations and implemented tax products and strategies to banks and multi-national corporations. At First Capitol Consulting, Inc., Robert developed the tax incentive practice to be the largest in California in less than five years.
